Sincerely, I felt Björk's influence much more present in Meg's first solo album.
Here, it seems to me that there's a more personal touch.
Great work by Stefano Fontana, who is only reductive if defined as a DJ, especially in this role as a producer where he seems to excel. The production on Bugo's latest album is also excellent. Then this adjective "artificial" means very little; all electronics could be labeled as such because they're made with synthesized sounds, but in this case, I don't understand what it signifies...
I greatly appreciated the English tracks on this work where Meg, by trying her hand at Anglo-inspired metrics, loses a lot of that Neapolitan flavor that seems to annoy many.
An artist who will surely grow and offer interesting material, especially if she continues to collaborate with experienced partners.
An honest review but slightly biased by a somewhat prejudiced and simplistic approach to the styles of electronics.

Great, good point. I would just add that when this collection was released, the CD format was still going strong; CD burners would start to drop in price in '98, and peer-to-peer hadn't yet arrived. Many people already had these b-sides after purchasing import singles, often released in multiple versions (with live bonuses, with b-sides, or with video content). This album confirms the Suede's production is excellent and abundant.

True, I also thought of Elio when I saw the balloon assholes; the song in question "cacca nello spazio" reminds me of many ideas (even old ones) from the EELST.
