I saw them play at the MEI, they are very talented, the bassist is a groove machine. The single in question isn’t bad either.

Wow!!! I'd say that's a more than comprehensive review...
The single that went on flux didn't really do it for me; it felt too much like Blondie and The Banshees...
Nevertheless, if the album sounds like Pulp's "His 'n' Hers," it definitely deserves a listen.
