A lot of crap has happened in Italy, is happening, and will happen. Nothing new under the sun. I don't know, I think about the dari, the lost, the finley, and all those lame bands for hysterical girls. You could have had more fun just throwing crap at these clowns. Basically, the review seems pointless to me. Maybe you just didn't have anything else to do.

You moved me. Crank (especially the second one), but also Shoot 'Em Up (that crap with Bellucci) are the most video game-like and ridiculous action movies I've ever seen. Stuff at a very low level, but perfect in its intentions. This doesn't inspire me much; I'm not a fan of POV (both in video games and in... oh no, nothing, it only exists in video games). Letā€™s just say all these silly FPS games have worn me out; long live indie games and Nintendo, those from Doom were really a different time. I was about to give you a 1, then you reminded me of Duke Nukem 3D, so we're good. Shake it baby!

Well, the review states an absolute truth and is also well-argued; I don't see what the problem is. Iā€™ve dealt with Vasco because of a fixated ex-girlfriend, I know him well, but heā€™s never appealed to me. Iā€™m talking about the ā€œgolden times,ā€ since heā€™s an artist whoā€™s been dead and buried for decades. The character is disgusting, like a large part of his fans.

With the Coen brothers, I never have high expectations, in the sense that I adore them and I know I'm going to watch at least a good movie, but there's often the risk of being disappointed. So it's always better to start with the assumption that it's a minor work, and then you might end up getting a masterpiece and enjoy it three times more. Speaking of Davis, it was perhaps their film that I liked the least (along with Ladykillers and O Brother, Where Art Thou?).
