Joel & Ethan Coen Blood Simple - Sangue Facile
Voto:
A striking debut. Many great directorial ideas and a plot that keeps you glued until the end. The detective character is wonderful, almost out of place (especially in terms of appearance).
Joel & Ethan Coen Arizona Junior

This is one of my favorites from the Coens. One of the funniest films of the 80s, fast-paced, loud, and at times surreal. I would also put it in the grotesque genre.

Yes, a nighttime L.A. never so alluring and melancholic. Oscar for Best Actor really fits the city.

I don't know why, but I was hoping that the most hyped album of the century would be reviewed by a fake bimbominkioso; it would have turned into a nice mess. Too bad... I heard the single and decided to stay away from it.
Curtis Hanson L.A. Confidential

recently revised, truly a masterpiece of the 90s.

Seen. Before talking about the movie, I want to say two extremely commonplaces: 1- I spit on today's youth. 2- Only in Italy! In 20 years of watching films in theaters, I have never encountered so many rude, ill-mannered people talking, laughing, and cursing throughout the movie. The guy behind me even put his feet on my head and made me shake continuously, moving his feet like a madman. Seriously, incredibly rude. Who the hell raises these people? We have to live to be 100 years old to not leave the world in the hands of these beasts. I'm sure this doesn't happen abroad, Bah. The film has a great pace, it's a continuous directorial homage to Raimi (the part where they are in the flooded basement is constructed exactly like Army of Darkness, when Ash gets thrown into the pit), it has ultra-splatter special effects that are extremely successful, and a great ending (visually very striking). A horror flick that does its dirty job. The lack of a character like Ash weighs heavily, and maybe the trick of cranking up the "volume to the max to make you jump" is overused. Overall, it’s worth the 3 euros, perhaps a bit more irony would have made me appreciate it more.
