I agree with berlinoboy85, adding that it's intoxicating for the ears as well...technically, Tarantino's cinema is the best...too bad he made a bit of a mess with this film...perhaps it would have been better to divide it into two like Kill Bill and include more action (or develop the bastards better) rather than making a two-and-a-half-hour film with many dead moments and poorly characterized characters...

I wouldn't want to reveal plot details to those who haven't seen it. SPOILER: after she initially escapes from Landa, I had a feeling the ending would be a revenge against the murderers of her family... I didn't know for sure, let's say I expected it... I also think it's more important HOW you tell a story, which is why I gave a passing grade to a film that didn't convince me about WHAT it told...

I don't know... after the first excellent chapter, I already had a hint of how the movie would end... @primiballi: I'm throwing out a possible interpretation of the phrase "this could be my masterpiece"... what if it's actually referring to Landa? (considering that Pitt is addressing him at that moment) In that case, I would say yes, that character is perhaps the best created by Quentin... what do you think?

the "non-banality" in this film is only a directing thing...the plot is really poor and predictable...which is something you can overlook considering it’s Quentino...but the dialogues and the characterization of the characters are not top-notch for me, they barely pass for a passing grade...
ps. the hyenas, like Pulp Fiction, is a masterpiece

In my opinion, "muori delay" is indeed a tribute to Led Zeppelin; that riff sounds very Page-like to me... plus the falsetto singing (Alberto Ferrari never sings like that) is clearly inspired by Plant...
