@francesc: there’s a live at Wembley (that they occasionally show on Sky's 702) where they think they’re gods... if you get to see it, you’ll say everything about them, except that they’re humble... I assure you... they look like a fucking stadium band like U2 or Oasis... with Grohl instead of singing just saying "come on," "make some noise" and martyr/leader bullshit like at MTV... ridiculous... even Cobain didn’t pull this kind of bravado, and he really had the world in his hands...

Come on, let’s not kid ourselves... I read the review until "Who would have bet even 5 euros on that worried Dave Grohl who feared being seen as the poor copy of Kurt Cobain? He did everything to prove that he too could be someone in the music world, without having to be remembered as just the drummer of a great grunge band, and he succeeded!" and it annoyed me... Dave Grohl rating as a drummer: 5... rating as a composer: 2 out of respect...

afterhours a little deflated for sure...but they did great things and I’ll rate them highly until ballads for little hyenas...il teatro degli orrori if they had sung in English (like the ODM) no one would have ever dared to associate them with the National Lamb...therefore I find the comparison forced, but these are opinions Frankie89...no hard feelings...
