PUNTINICAZPUNTINI: you are right about this... however, you see, the fact is that there’s a difference between providing information by saying: the film is based on a text by RZA, thus as a story it’s not original, and attacking (even with arrogance; your first comment was like that) the claim that the word original regarding this film is a load of crap from 1... in the first case, the comment is constructive, in the second it is just destructive... besides, it seems that you want to say: in this film nothing is original, which I personally think is not true... also because in my review I say: an original film, not "an original story."

The term "original" that I used referred to the film in general... both in terms of direction and plot construction... of course, if then PUNTINICAZPUNTINI you say it is inspired by the lyrics of Wu-Tang, I can tell you that the film was originally developed from lyrics (which are thus not a film, but lyrics)... in the sense that I don't think the lyrics say "here's Ghost Dog who stops with the car and asks the two hunters why they killed that bear... etc... etc..." for me it was Jarmusch who was original, starting from something that wasn't his. Then originality is subjective in every film; it's clear that you can't know everything... so if I don't know the lyrics of Wu-Tang (I admit it's my ignorance) I consider the film original... it must have happened to you PUNTINICAZPUNTINI to find an original film (for you) without knowing perhaps that it was taken from a Lithuanian novel???
