HARD: here... if you think they lack identity, this will seem to you the apotheosis of the lack of identity... in the other albums, the references followed a "logical thread"... in the sense that the genre was more or less that (psychedelic/stoner rock and the usual tributes to the Beatles)... here there's everything and the opposite of everything...

always HARD: the positive thing is being able to tackle almost an entire musical universe with versatility... I assure you that this album is a world... but it might not appeal to everyone, and that's okay...

HARD: no, I don't think it's a positive thing... usually in music, the first thing that strikes me is originality... simply put, I appreciate the Verdena, especially live... for example, I absolutely adore Motorpsycho, and even they haven't invented anything, rather they have often referenced other bands... this is to tell you that sometimes, even if there's little originality, a band can still be strong... for me, the Verdena are strong... I like their musical parts/melodies/rhythms... as for the lyrics, better to skip those.

MAD: it's my point of view... I believe they wanted to tackle every musical genre, bring back the artists they feel most connected to (the Beatles and Pink Floyd above all, but also Flaming Lips and Melvins...), in short, to confront themselves while also engaging with the greats of the past and present... I really like it, I just think they've lost a bit of their essence... anyway, this album is a journey through music... as FEDEZAN76 says, maybe there's too much at stake... time will tell us...

Damn... I sent one too, wow... For me, it's an excellent double album, it's just that I don't believe it's a new beginning... on the contrary, I think their journey in music and exaggerated citationism has turned them into an "impersonal" band, too all-consuming of music... it's a sort of compendium of rock, there's little left of the Verdena as we knew them...
