by Alessandro Grazian, I have the album Soffio di nero (downloadable for free, by the way) but it didn't capture me that much, although I need to listen to it again! The only thing I find wonderful is that it’s produced by Trovarubato, the label of those genius-crazy Mariposa :D

Hey, my 1 is obviously a 5 in appreciation! I share your grindcore thoughts, so I can't raise your average... :D Hi, proud one!

Fish is a megalomaniac wannabe of early Peter Gabriel, but still, I love him! The first albums by Marillion, even though many have branded them neo-prog derivative and lacking originality, really move me :D Fugazi and Misplaced Childhood above all... I agree about the charisma and the poetry that have certainly never been lacking in Fish, and I would add a certain complexity in the lyrics and themes addressed!! P.S.: but how beautiful is Assassing!? D'oh, but this is a review of Arena! :D :D

this is what I miss... I have The Visitor, which is very very beautiful! and Contagion, which is better to skip! as always, the review is excellent and precise; for the singing, to get to Fish, it takes some time, huh ;)

Yes, but you went to see the movie, huh...!?!? I don't see what the whole dumbed-down kids thing has to do with Star Wars, a saga that, by the way, has at least some dignity!

better, worse, from 4, from 3 come on guys in the end this is all a game! :D great albums leave behind emotions and traces that can’t be measured with just 5 stars :D here we write reviews for the pleasure of doing so, to have fun, to discuss, to showcase great records we’re not on ondarock or scaruffi after all :P

as always, great review! but I really don't feel like listening to them! is it possible that all these bands always manage to find such really ugly covers for their albums! :D ps: Van Der Graaf Generator are immense...

"Look, in my opinion, progressive music alongside classical music and jazz is one of those genres where you truly have the concept of music as ART." Let's not exaggerate! Anyway, I don’t see this urgency to be objective; everyone can write their review as they see fit! If for splinter this album deserves a 5, good for him! Just for the cover, I would give it a zero! Horrendous...

Well, the review is perfect! Wonderful introduction... ah, the Italian prog scene of the nineties, I don't know them, but the way you've described them has sparked my curiosity a bit. Of course, comparing them to Queensryche doesn't do them any favors! Just kidding... always great faith! :D
