He wasn't bad, but I don't remember a damn thing. It must be at least ten years since I last saw him. It's surprising how all of you have such vivid memories of him, Bartle even remembers Lieutenant Dan.

I give a listen on YouTube, but I don't expect much. Satisfy my curiosity: wasn’t the previous album called "Lady Lady Lady Lady Lady"?

What the hell is this page. It seems he died the other day and you're giving him a funeral, remembering him with phrases like: "He was a good man...", "He was loved by everyone..." and so on. But about the album, that you’re voting on like crazy, it seems no one has said anything. The definitions are elsewhere, and you've already given them.

Indeed, I haven't listened to that album in several years. I'll translate it for you anyway, since I see you’re agitated: what you told me, I didn’t understand, so I tossed it back to you with a nice question mark, and at the same time, from my side, I expressed my purely formal and abstract evaluation of Gilmour, aimed solely at lightening the umpteenth misunderstanding. You express yourself a bit awkwardly, huh. Then, forgive me, but I truly hadn’t realized I had made a complete fool of myself; rather, I thought I had presented an argument about an issue that had a misleading double reading, regarding both topics that could easily be confused. Moreover, I demonstrated that I have the knowledge you've been accusing me of lacking for eight comments now, just because, I don't know?, you envy me? :) Who knows. In any case, I refer you to my comment 120, in which you are rightly ridiculed for way more than one misunderstanding. Specifically for those gaps in knowledge that you hold against me.

Of an octave higher than normal? Gilmour is recognizable because he plays with his arteries, not with his fingers. Come down from the pedestal anyway, as in comment 120 I listed well more than one of your bullshit that still remain unblemished/unrefuted :)

You know, I just got back from work. What have you been up to? Anyway. Well, I know what an octave of tone is. Ok, let’s just say I read "goat" instead of "sow" and missed out on a nice opportunity - although one could also write an essay on the different meanings that the simple phrase "reach any tone, up to the octaves" can take (see "eighth tone"/"octave of tone" - even though I later understood what kind of discussion I was having). However, I don’t understand why you let me talk about something else (and it should have seemed obvious to you that I was discussing something different, considering I was even arguing it), countering with useless references to David Gilmour (useless if you consider that an octave bending isn't exactly a groundbreaking feat of Gilmourian guitar technique, besides being fairly straightforward from a perceptual standpoint - by the way, did King build a career on those? Just on octaves? @$#%?£!$ - and yet he was coming off as a flag bearer and great master, when a novice could easily do that by accident, the moment their finger slips off the string. Go figure.) But, coincidentally, only until Alexander pointed out that maybe you were referring to something else: to the octaves of tone. Everything else fits, for heaven’s sake, I misunderstood - you know, I had just come home from work tired yesterday too - except for this last detail. Other than that, everything is clear.

Well, anyway, he wrote a "marone" and I pointed it out to him.

Gilmour doesn't do any mechanically impossible bending. He is Jesus Christ, but for different reasons.

Ah - why did I yell so much? - you're truly a tough one. Hard to understand. You know, usually when someone teaches you something you didn't know, you should at least show some gratitude. Not feel at fault for not knowing before. Cheer up, one day you’ll be able to give the lesson you hoped to teach me.
