More than sure. Was it included in some reissue? I have no idea. When I bought it (twice, by the way), it didn't come with the bonus disc. We, nice guys. Good times! I was wondering if it was right to put "An Old Family Favourite" in quotation marks (originally italicized only). These are the words Malkmus used during the BBC sessions to introduce "The Classical." I feared that in quotation marks it might confuse the reader, leading them to think it was the title of the track (?). You decide. @Jack Daniel's: I won't deny I've thought about it.
