I would propose a LLR, a limitation on Recent Lengthiness. Which, if voted on in a secret ballot, once approved, can be nicely filled with an amendment imposing a codified limit, in the case of Club-Godo, to 4-5 lines. Maximum 7 if it has trec-bai-trec.
