Uaaaaaah! The Adieksodo! Nice album, sharp guitars (but do all Greek bands have this guitar sound?), I remember "Oikogeneia" and "Byzantino" which I quite like, while "Ypokoultoura" is a bit too screamy. Kudos for even finding the names of these guys! PS: But isn’t the album titled "38 Xiliosta"?

Zioken, I’ve never heard of them! I’ll take care of it right away, then I’ll stop by to vote for the album.

I hope that anyone who gave it a rating other than 1 didn't read it seriously, this review...this stuff.

@CPTGAIO: I agree with your comment 95, although I would be more lenient. I mean: double reviews can be tolerated, especially because if someone writes a review giving a 5 to an album and then six months later feels like writing another one to give it a 1... well, that could actually work out.

What I don't understand are those fools who roam DeBaser posting comments only on Guns n' Roses and Pink Floyd, and when by a misclick they end up on a review of a band they've never even heard of, they give it a 1-1, insult, or post sentences like: "can someone explain the point of this review???" (taken verbatim from one of my reviews) because for them it makes no sense to discover new stuff or listen to music they've never experienced.

So let's stick to Ligabue and Iron Maiden! (which, by the way, I might listen to as well, but I don’t need to read yet another review to form an impression of the artist). CHAO BEI!

Only if the steel was true MEDALLO incandescent, if you secretly made the sign of the horns at least 6 times behind the priest's back, and if you tossed at least one piece of gum into the holy water font. Otherwise, you must apply to the "TRIBUNAL OV DE NIU MEDALLERS INTU DE UORLD" and submit your request on stamped paper written in blood. Show up wearing a random band t-shirt but with DET or VAIOLENS written on it at least once out front, and on the back the usual 8512 dates of improbable concerts in a font size unreadable even by someone standing behind you in line at the bank. PS IMPORTANT: the t-shirt must be well ironed!

Here we go, I'm quite the MEDALLARO and I even have a T-shirt that says DED & VAIOLENS!
I rated "Vulgar Display Of Power" a 5, and for those interested, there's a review of Omar Faruk Tekbilek on DeBaser-home... de ching ov de medallers...

I agree up to a certain point, SPIRIT. Some punk bands heavily focus on their look, but many do not (Bad Religion, NOFX, Agnostic Front, Bouncing Souls, Mad Caddies, D.R.I. just to throw out a few names). I agree that nowadays dressing up like the Casualties is a bit ridiculous; it was a different story 30 years ago. As for the album, I like it enough; I would also give it a 3 like the reviewer. It depends on how much one appreciates these sounds; for me, "On The Front Line" is an absolute masterpiece, especially considering it was recorded in 2004.

Good review but a bit too focused on the Metallica-Pantera comparison. The album, well in my opinion a masterpiece, by PANTERA besides this I really like "Cowboys From Hell," for the rest they've made other good albums and some less good but the ideas have clearly decreased. Seen live, Darrel was impressive.

I agree, they really deliver in concert. And how beautiful was the cover of "Stand By Me" in "Wildcard/A Word From The Wise"? Which also features "Final Chapters," one of their most beautiful songs.
