@GEENOO: "doing regardless" can be a value, it depends on where you place it. In an industrially sick context like ours, absolutely not. In an agricultural, subsistence, family context, then absolutely yes. But do we realize that hyper-industrial production is now useless? We throw away items we've used twice, most people change their phones twice a year, we are stuffed with the most useless superfluous items. Add to that one-third of the waste circulating in Europe consists of packaging or scraps from the production of these pseudo-useless things. Up to 40 years ago, things (shoes, mopeds, televisions, washing machines) were repaired; now, they are thrown away and repurchased because it’s cheaper... Yes, in the short term it’s cheaper, but in the long run? And especially for whom? By now, we have gotten used to prioritizing the logic of profit and consumption over everything, even over ourselves. Yes, they’ve installed three repeaters in front of the elementary school, but after all, we need our phones... Well, incinerators will be the cause of most cancers tomorrow, but we have to do something about waste, and besides, excuse me, they've even called them "waste-to-energy plants"... but why do we let ourselves be fooled? The mass production of goods was at its peak 15 years ago; if it had stopped, we would have been just fine; instead, we continued to devastate territories to build factories that have been sitting with "FOR SALE" signs for years, and they keep making laws to force us to change our cars every five years.
Then explain this to me: what sense does it make to see companies or firms we’ve never heard of listed on the stock market making billions when we really don’t know what they do, and to see "industry leaders" with high production peaks suddenly closing down?

Hey! As written by Bartle (thank you!), I hadn't included the gender. Usually, I do because I think it's useful at least for those who are not familiar with the band, but in this case, I really had no idea which little square to click on. @FALLEN: yes, yes, lugubrità! It sounds terrible, that's why I think it describes the Orthodox even better. @MACACO: anca massa!

Come on! It's been so long since I heard them mentioned, do they still exist? Anyway, I thought they were German. And the LEGENDARY sauerkraut goes well with everything, but with a boiled or grilled bratwurst, a bit of mustard, and a nice roll topped with poppy seeds, it’s paradise. The ideal scenario is to find a German or Austrian dive bar that has 2-liter (or if you're okay with it, even 1-liter) mugs.

Yes, I agree with GEENOO. And also with STONEY. It's sad to see the flattening of people, it's almost horrifying to see how many rights we thought were untouchable have been taken away. You're right PUNTINICAZPUNTINI, there are many other places where things are worse than in Italy, it's true, but will you admit that we are living in times that don't inspire much hope for the future? A very large slice of the people working in our country today are on fixed-term contracts, renewing every 6 months at a time. Protests and demonstrations no longer serve any purpose, they've been emptied of their original meaning by these accommodating pseudo-unionists towards everything and everyone, but even if they did serve a purpose, a lot of people COULD NOT participate due to the reasons mentioned above. What I don't understand is the desire to put limits on immigration: are we really going to realize that making a law against thunderstorms or poplar allergies is just as useful? Migrations are a natural part of history; now everyone is focusing on the concept of "clandestinity," which didn't even exist a couple of centuries ago, but migrants will always exist as long as humanity does, and among them there will also be undocumented individuals. But how many Italians do you think have immigrated to Germany illegally, 1000 or 2000? If now smugglers are robbing Tunisians, 50 years ago there were mountain dwellers getting rich by helping those who wanted to pass through the Alps to get to Austria... and many of them stayed in the Alps. Then history moves on, and in 100 years the great-grandchildren of the Moroccans who landed in Italy will say that their ancestors were well-received in other countries, etc... History is made of clichés, it depends on who writes it in books, who reads it, the moment, WHERE it is read.
One last thing: that quote is something Marie Antoinette never said; it was attributed to her because she was an Austrian who was poorly viewed in France. See the clichés of history?

Heard a long time ago, I remember it a bit bland but with a couple of nice songs. When in doubt, I won't vote. The review, however, I definitely vote for.
