I had a second cousin who was together with a Swedish girl. Then she died in a car accident, so he got together with her sister (who, of course, was also Swedish) who gave him a dubbed cassette of a demo or bootleg by these DRIN FEATHER. I had never heard of them, being an underrated group that I would dare say is also somewhat unknown, but from your impeccable review, I believe I will search for this "IMAGE THE WORLD" even though it will definitely be hard to find. Thanks for the tip, my friend!

Kerry King's sound, on the other hand, is too heavy. Dave Lombardo's sounds a bit weighty to me.

In fact, Araya's voice (anything but powerful and graceful) was quite an unconventional characteristic for '80s thrash. I really liked Kreator and Sodom; both played a style very similar to Slayer, but their vocals were completely different. Anyway, when you start to categorize things by genre, you often get tangled up because it leads to subjectivism, and then everyone has a point. I hope I've managed to express some human thoughts at this hour and ades... te salude e vae su let! Bonanot!

Yes and no. I mean, it depends on what someone means by hc; for me, the dawn of hc is represented by Agnostic Front and Raw Power in Italy, and it's not far-fetched to compare them to Slayer in some aspects. However, the approach perhaps changes regarding compositions, with hc being more direct and sometimes even less technical, while thrash is more deliberately heavy and "square." Then everything got mixed up, and after the early days when some good stuff came out, no one understood a damn thing anymore. CHAU!

In the '80s, they were the best... let's say that even today (I'm talking about concerts) there aren't really any better than Slayer in the genre. And it's not like they've NEVER changed genre; for example, I consider "Undisputed Attitude" a MASTERPIECE, also thanks to the fact that the covered songs were genuine milestones of punk-hc.

I'll read this again on a day when I'm less sleepy. But it's crazy. A milestone for Debaser. The sequence of mistakes is embarrassing... which king of Mestropolis? Well... you mean Mestruaopolis...

I missed this one! Thanks guys, thanks for all the hilarious and charming comments. A special prize to the trio 28-29-30 OLEEINAR-COOLORAS-WORKHORSE! As I write these lines, it's already been 2 MONTHS since anyone has offered a review of "Death Magnetic," and I was missing all this fair of humor. At this time... come on, in an hour and a half I'm off to bed...

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.

Anyway, given the nonsense at 3:45, I even read the ENTIRE review: you're a great uncle! Too bad because now that you've told me the movie, I won't be able to enjoy the psychological twists and the breathtaking plot that would have awaited me. "stupidità a slavine"... you're a legend, YOUNG MAN!
