Concert! The songs from the new album are much better live than in the studio (Direzioni diverse, for example, I appreciated more live, especially in the first two minutes). The Aucan in the opening act were also impressive, and I brought home their CD. Anyway, it rained on August 26 as well, which was when Il Teatro played at Magnolia, in addition to yesterday; they bring rain.

Well, when I saw Opeth on December 4th, it was a completely different experience; the interaction with the audience, which from what I had been told, I would have never thought possible, both between songs and during them (I remember that in an interview in 2007 he said he preferred to let the music speak!). It might have been an exception, I don't know, but on that occasion, I found it phenomenal and I believe I witnessed an excellent live show, setlist aside (it could have been much better). Going back to the album, on the first listen, it left me with nothing, just emptiness. I will try to listen to it again...
