Black Sabbath Headless Cross

I didn’t remember that Cozy Powell played on "Headless Cross." The drumming you hear at the beginning of the album is really impressive, as the reviewer says, and I wanted to highlight Martin's vocalizations in "Kill in the Spirit World." Every time I rewind to listen to them on repeat. This is the period when BS truly managed to make their mark. In the '70s, the attention to arrangements wasn’t yet there, and the sounds weren’t what they would become in the '80s. More polished, cleaner, and well-crafted works. These are beautiful albums. Beautiful "Headless Cross."

SICKBOY you are right. Maybe we still believe that this site can one day be frequented only by people who talk about music and not by those who have nothing to do.

But hasn't anyone noticed that at 1:55 of Under the Sun / Every day comes and goes, an identical riff kicks in just like the one in "Flight of the Rat" by Deep Purple? Even after that, you can hear the exact same key changes!

After "Dehumanizer," it’s the + beautiful album of the BS in my opinion. Without a doubt, Martin is the best singer the band has ever had. Even better than Ronnie. And I’ve said it all.

The best album by Black Sabbath, if anything. Wonderful, powerful, and catchy songs all at once.
