I was there. Very high level and I agree, however, I still prefer Wilson's production with the PT, less burdened by lengthy and scattered composition. Great concert.

It grows with every listen. In my opinion, it’s a great album, much less meandering while still retaining that particular psychedelic and eccentric vibe (this time more electronic) that they are known for. There’s a greater balance compared to their recent works. I want to stick my neck out and place it on the same level as the masterpiece De-Loused. A small note to the (good) reviewer, Frusciante does not appear in this line-up.
