Welcome to Debaser. An album for which I wouldn’t cry miracle, a decent work overall. The review doesn’t seem too bad, although you use a few too many exclamations; try to tone them down a bit. P.S. Next time, write about an album that hasn’t already been reviewed.

"She became rich and famous thanks to Italy," mistake. She became rich and famous thanks to her voice, her refined class, and her personality (not by chance was she nicknamed "the Tigress of Cremona"). Mina is not Alice, and I agree on that, also because they were two different artists with different ways of thinking and different target audiences. Alice is fantastic, but objectively she is niche; Mina is not. After her escape to Lugano (did she do it for tax reasons? It could be, but I doubt that's the only reason), she has also offered great things; it's natural that something doesn't go well. And now let's move on to the second point. "If it’s about the management of public affairs (and you might be right about this), put your heart at ease since the situation is unmanageable," here you are mistaken. Here I wanted you, and here I find you: you're fatalistic like the rest of the country. You say: this country is unmanageable, so be it. And then we take refuge in great cuisine, fashion, and the grand history that this country has glorified. I do not deny the cultural and culinary qualities we have, but we cannot use them as a shield against the many troubles of Italy. We are a messed-up country, with issues that other countries do not face. You criticize Germany for its cuisine and Sweden for its sunset hour, yet they do not have rampant corruption, crime that oppresses half the country, or a perverse and destructive building mentality. They do not have many significant problems that belong to Italy, a country from which I would not flee because (if you don't understand, that's okay) I am convinced that my awareness of the problems, the anger I feel, and the desire to change them surpass your "praise" of so many beautiful things that, in reality, crumble in the face of the social drama of this country. I willingly stay in a messed-up country convinced that it can change.

I see it as less rigid: Mina left because in Italy we were musically declining in an absolutely staggering way, and it's not like the warning signs weren't there. The problem was that the way of making music and variety that she helped create was no longer appealing; quality mattered less. It became necessary to be spectacular and luxurious, all excesses triumphantly carried by mainstream TV, which unfortunately RAI began to sadly follow. They didn’t want to adapt and she left the country altogether, while others chose to disappear from TV altogether. I want back the nonconformity and the hallucinatory style of Stryx. And come on, let's stop with these celebrations of Italy. We're a shit country, far worse than others, but we refuse to admit our problems and faults. Deep down, we like it when reality is hidden from us and we’re shown the usual, overused clichés.

Overrated Mina is something unfair and it’s also an outrageous lie. Mina is a piece of the History of Italian Song and Television, she had an irreplaceable voice and class. Moreover, her way of doing variety is something to be lamented: class and quality in one go. Watch some footage from the time and then we’ll talk again, let’s start with this: a gem of satire (https://www.debaser.it/main/Video.aspx?y=bixn03BfVgg). She did very well to leave Italy, and that's why I was sorry to see her in the role of the ectoplasm, a part rightly assigned to her by Patty Pravo.

Evocative: the only adjective that comes to mind (for the album and the review)

Unfortunately, I am ignorant; I will gladly find something.

@Gustavo, There are absolutely debatable opinions (as it should be), I find Verdena disgusting. I get hives listening to them.

Hi Lewis. @Axel, the best album is usually considered to be "Mio Fratello è figlio Unico." I disagree, I believe that "Aida" is the one of higher quality. In general though, he doesn't have any bad albums.

This is not good, 5 for Verdena doesn’t exist. At least in my opinion: neither now nor ever. They’re awful and here they’re scraping the bottom.

And where did you find these? I'll take note of them.
