I never understood whether they were more inspired by Lamù or Maya the Bee.

I also recommend The Road to Ruin and Sunday's Child, so you cover the entire golden season (1968-1975) of this wonderful man and you'll have 8 records in your hands that are definitely worth more than a mass.

Ah, the wonder of times gone by. The perfect album by an (almost) perfect band... "The Lived-but-yet-named" has extended my life, and not just that.
The National Boxer

In simple terms, I'm a sort of less overwhelming Tindersticks.
John Mayer Continuum
Voto:
I would recommend revisiting John Mayer's beautiful debut album.
Alicia Keys As I Am

My grandmother always used to say that the third album is the hardest. The only exception, according to her, was the Quartetto Cetra, which after the stunning "Visconte di Castelfombrone" managed to repeat itself with "Dove siete nata nella notte del 3 giugno?". Alicia's diary is unbeatable, but not everything here is to be thrown away...
Deicide Deicide

A tedious album like few others... there were the Sadus, at this point, mimicking Slayer with very different results.

In fact, on the good old "Noise" there were two boxes with reviews comparing this and Soul of a New Machine. At the time, it was difficult to determine who could win; but the release of Demanufacture was enough to dispel any doubts I had, as it was so insignificant and sepulturesque.
