Basically, it's a solo album by Courtney Love... and then it's well below four stars; aside from the title track (which is very nice) and a few other moments here and there, it's static and stuffed with clichés and platitudes (Pacific Coast Highway being all of them); not to mention the worn-out and at times hoarse voice, light-years away from the days of "Live Through This." Two and a half stars, no more. Good review, though.
