Ah, and I can tell you that the people I've met certainly cannot be defined as indifferent. Everyone has clear ideas and preferences about parties and party members today. The representatives are simply representatives of the citizens. The "popolo viola" is nothing more than a group of citizens representing themselves, all with clear ideas, all aware that the only valid weapons against a government of criminals are peaceful street demonstrations and voting. I don't see indifference.

Um, in my opinion, the fact that there are no convicted individuals in IDV doesn't really make Di Pietro much of an Avatar for Berlusconi. For me, the resemblance stops at baldness, but if you have other similarities to point out, go ahead.

Addendum: The book is published by Baldini Castoldi Dalai Editore. A portion of the proceeds will go towards financing the initiatives of the purple people. For those who may not know, the Facebook group "Una manifestazione nazionale per chiedere le dimissioni di Berlusconi" was founded by SanPrecario in the wake of the declaration of unconstitutionality of the Lodo Alfano (October 7, 2009), an event that was even "celebrated" by Debaser (with some controversy as well).
