No, it's a more than good album. "Notte prima degli esami" is Venditti's most beautiful song. From this album onwards, I agree that the records are debatable.

What a fantastic story life is; in my opinion, it's not the lowest point but the highest peak of recent production. It contained good songs, among which I would mention Lacrime di pioggia. Anyway, from Venditti, I would listen to Sotto il segno dei pesci, Sotto la pioggia, Buona domenica (partially), and Cuore. The albums preceding Sotto la Pioggia are a bit too heavy, while those following Cuore only have a few good moments here and there. I don't know this last one, although the single is much better than Ogni Volta, Benvenuti in Paradiso, and various nonsense.

I saw Alice a few years ago at the Teatro Nuovo in Milan and it was a wonderful experience. She never achieved the success she deserved. Honest and not at all cunning.

The first three albums by Baccini are great. The reviewed album is a blast. There are a few good songs from the next two as well (Nudo, Mani di forbice, Mauro e Cinzia, Ho voglia di innamorarmi, Zac). In my opinion, he is a talented singer-songwriter. He is also very good live. I would avoid the later albums.
