@pierpaolo, thanks, I was half thinking of buying that Nirvana UK record, but now I'm giving up :-) (I agree about Keef, just look at the cover of "Asylum" by Cressida or the self-titled one by Spring, not to mention the first Sabbath). Thanks also to Roby, who is instead encouraging me not to give up on my intention to get this record :-)

Ah, but you are the one who mentioned Judee Sill, overlooked but never listened to with enough attention. Maybe I'll rediscover her, download this too, and take a look at your other reviews. Anyway, yes, '69 was a magical year; I think of "Breathe Awhile" by Arcadium and "Sea Shanties" by High Tide, two of my fetish records.

Congratulations. By shortening it a bit and refining some expressions, it could have been a masterpiece review.

Wonderful page Mien, really! I've never heard of them, they don't attract me.

Mmm, I wanted to buy this because I really love the cover, because it's from Vertigo, because it was reissued by the esteemed Repertoire in a mini-LP (Slurp) and in a limited edition, and then because I'm a fanatic and I want all these records :-) However, I was hoping they would be a bit better than how you describe them, especially the cover made me think they would be darker... Out of curiosity, could you mention the Vertigo records you consider flat and useless?
