Ligabue Radiofreccia

Well, it seems obvious to me that Ligabue chose songs that he liked, not necessarily tracks that have made a historical impact in an absolute sense. Moreover, they are all songs from the soundtrack, not a standalone collection.

Well, if you really have to comment, put a little more effort into your imagination! Come on!

After a while reading the critical comments from certain people on this site, you get really bored! Always the same things! The album is good, but when I got it, I was disappointed not to find the rockier version of "Rainbow" that was playing on the radio.

Nice review, sincere! The track deserves a 3. The riff in "Happy Hour," it's true that it resembles "Sweet Child," but the notes are actually quite different, and so is the key! The Guns' riff is even more complex, while Liga's is pretty basic. Cheers!
Samuele Bersani Che vita! Il meglio di Samuele Bersani
Voto:
I really admire Bersani as an artist, definitely above the average of Italian singer-songwriters, but apart from a few excellent tracks like "Il mostro" and "Giudizi," and some timeless songs like "Chicco e Spillo," which remind me of my early radio listening, and a few other beautiful songs, his style doesn't always appeal to me and sometimes annoys me, as in "Che vita." Phrases and melodies stick in your head, but not with pleasure.

The review is good even though I don't agree with some judgments about the character. The album, since I started following Ligabue, I have always considered it his best and my favorite and, in light of the facts, the least commercial. Aside from a less successful episode with "Pane al pane" and a few so-so tracks like "Ancora in piedi" and "Piccola città eterna," there are truly excellent pieces such as "Ho messo via," "Walter il mago," "La ballerina del carillon," "Quando tocca a te," and "I duri hanno due cuori," which is truly perfect. There are none of the simplistic riffs of the first two albums but rather more elaborate and refined compositions. Cottafavi is definitely a notch above as a guitarist compared to Poggipollini, although he's a bit lacking as a composer (see the aforementioned riffs).
