They made prog like Soft Machine did, but do you listen to the records or read the biographies?

I think I've read that someone has put Area among the prog groups... Stratos must be turning in his grave...

@shooting star, don't worry, I would marry you for your great musical choices, maybe you don't deserve the lashes here, but when you review John Hiatt saying he's backed by an unidentified Southern quartet when in fact it's Ry Cooder (...holy shit) ... Nick Lowe (legendary English bassist of a certain pub rock from the pre-punk era) ... Jim Keltner (great session man with the balls...). And what about that one on Grand Funk? You retell their history but don't mention the masterpiece "Closer to Home." I still have "E Pluribus Funk" here with the silver dollar-shaped cover... what memories it evokes, guys...

...what can you do, every time I try to put it on something uncontrollable it pushes me to leave it there and instead take down Beggars Banquet by the Stones.....which is from the year after.

let's also recover the other great forgotten film (....... right Andrea?) by this inconsistent director: L'ultima corvèe....with a great, truly great Jack Nicholson

well done... an excellent pairing, another group to reconsider, but they sound more "tough" than Audience, more "bluesy" with the great voice of Roger Chapman.

And indeed, in Jessica the perfect guitar trio for this perfect song is formed by Les Dudek on the acoustic and .... Dickey Betts who handles both electric guitars.... Gregg Allman, as usual, is on the Hammond while Leavell is on the Rhodes piano.... guys, if you want to write reviews, listen to the records with all three ears......

Guys, guys... you make me so mad that in the heat of the moment I even mess up my writing while spanking you... Duane
Voto:
Oh my God, what have you done!!! I think you mistook Gregg Allman for a guitarist!!! He’s always played the keyboards; when Duane died, instead of replacing him, they got a pianist, Chuck Leavell. For this, you deserve a 1, the album gets a 4 because it's even worse than "Eat a Peach."

@sotanath: whatever you want, but the fact remains that Coppola made a film that's redundant to the point of self-indulgence, where different genres are piled together, the western of the stagecoach robbery and the Winchester in Mina's hands, the Japanese film with battles in the style of Kurosawa and the use of shadows... what can you do... Coppola is a US director with all the pros and cons... not like Herzog, who made actors perform under hypnosis (Herz aus Glas) or who only needed the use of light to create the atmosphere.
