Paul McCartney & Wings One Hand Clapping (Soundtrack)

Nice review. However, I am very angry because I have never seen the movie. It's not right at all... ;)

I read the review and the fact that I realized I could have written it myself, word for word, unsettled me a bit... Do I have an imaginary friend, and I didn’t know it? Am I drunk? Who knows…
So just to differentiate myself, which is quite important for any man with a critical spirit (at least a little), I want to emphasize that while Oasis may be good at finding catchy pop melodies, their purely musical ideas are like a calm sea compared to the stormy sea of the Beatles!

I like the CD so much that I could have written a novel about it. The review is, as always, good, perhaps a bit minimal... The production on the CD is good (a rare event in RE Paul’s more recent discography); the depth of the lyrics, another rather rare thing, underscores the period of suffering. There are moments of EXEMPLARY music (in my opinion), like in the R&B of "Souvenir," and pearls that MACCA showcases, like only he can do, every now and then: e.g., "Calico Skies" and "Flamming Pie," the latter inspired by "lennonsens." I would have honestly avoided the two blues tracks, and Ringo’s big voice somewhat ruins the ending of the impressive "Beautiful Night" (a ballad with piano, voice, and strings, the specialty of the house). Musically, the beginning is a bit weak, but overall it’s truly a GREAT ALBUM.
Dear LIZZI, any singer with a hundredth of the "understanding" and following that Paul has in Italy could live off it for 10 generations.
ROCK ON!

The wallflowers had really thrilled me. BRINGING DOWN THE HORSE displayed a songwriting and vocal talent (thunderous roar...), to MY ears, much more enjoyable than dad BOB. Seeing things, on the other hand, bored me. I'm in doubt whether to spend XXX euros on this, but I do feel a bit of desire...

You intrigue me, just like they did in their early days. Truly bubbly, energetic, ironic, sharp. TOO aligned, though... could this be the reason for their disappearance from the radio? I thought they had split up.
Ringo Starr Time Takes Time

A very "tailored" review. The production here makes the album easily listenable for anyone, but as a background, without paying too much attention. A couple of unexpected peaks of modern Rock with the right drive, and a drum track that has probably been played just once and then done with a lot of "copy and paste." I also confirm that, if someone really had time to dedicate to the curiosity of understanding how well the good Ringo fares as a SINGER, this is the right album. I also point out "Blast from your past," perhaps a bit more genuine and rough.
Ringo Starr It Don't Come Easy
Voto:
"It Don't Come Easy" is Ringo's ONLY SUCCESS worthy of such a name. For the rest, as you say, so much humility, all the passion you want, but the solo career of the GREAT RINGO is, in my opinion, little less than embarrassing.
For me, RINGO is like a tight-knit family member; you have to love him out of obligation because he's there and you didn't choose him, and I love him so much. I respect him as a drummer, overrated in the sweet sixties and unfairly underrated in hindsight... but as a singer/songwriter, let's really leave that aside. If he weren't Ringo of the Beatles, he would have stopped at the demo tapes that no one would let you play even in dives that pay you (little) only if you bring your own audience.
RINGO, YOU'RE STILL GREAT!

Strong. You seemed serious to me... and I was about to insult you. Instead, I totally agree with you. Superior mind (YOU), sweet and passionate Paola, who will obviously change her mind over time but who deserves a kiss. Meneguzzi is a disgrace, but smarter than all of us because he makes money and stirs up our anger without any talent.
