P.S.: Ole's post has arrived in the meantime... no, CaptainAzzo kind of scares me, I'd rather have Azzo vs. CAP.!

It seems like a great idea! Although usually in double reviews one speaks poorly and the other well. Here we completely shake things up: both will speak positively about it!

What’s this nonsense around Easter? Okay, it’s also spring... I totally agree with Iside, both about the underwear and Gabri’s legs. Cap.: during the weekend, since one is married and the other is going to Florence, I don’t have much to do, so I’d write a couple of lines for Ercole and Antonio. Then we could do a single review; I’ll be serious and you’ll be funny, as usual, and we could release it under a single monicker, but not Capt.gay: as you well know, I have a couple of little nieces! As soon as I’ve prepared my part, I’ll send it to you. Bye.
Lucio Battisti Una giornata uggiosa

I go against the grain: I really like the comparison between Battisti and Maiden and of course I vote a thousand times for Lucio. Not to mention the other idiosyncrasies of our Valerio, all of which I share, from the poor fool Battiato to the fecal Genesis. It's the starting point that I suspect you don't share, and which I believe is Valerio's: it's always about pop songs: some know how to make them (Battisti) and some don't. I recently reacquired this one; it was one of my teenage discs, and it hasn't aged well; I prefer "Una donna per amico." It's a bit ruined by the production. If you want another paradox, my favorite, after more than twenty-five years, remains "Perchè non sei una mela," with that bass line that is nothing short of splendid, that screeching guitar, and the sublime brass insert. Let's say 3.5. P.S.: so the pink tape is a vibrator :-)

@Captain; how well you know me! If you're really doing it, tell me, so I don't double it, it's not possible that no one has talked about such a masterpiece yet. @Zannab: same for the Gutter Twins' album!

However, I have a feeling that P.P.P. De Gregori would have found it a bit disgusting. I could be wrong...

There were already three... is it really that hard to review something new? For instance: the album that will be the dance record of the year came out a couple of weeks ago and no one has reviewed it yet. Huh?!!

Mmmh... I've always preferred Sebadoh (but You, with this enthusiastic review, are bringing me doubts...)
