@alessio: thanks, last week's indie discussion didn't ruin relationships... @Mike: great memory of the cassette, Elastica is definitely a band worthy of such support! @Occulto: yes, I mentioned Pixies because they are the fathers, but then Breeders, That Dog, and Perfect Disaster too. 1 is a bit few, come on!

But also with Genesis, Jethro Tull, King Crimson, and Pink Floyd.

I would like to understand: is this album an expansion of the Tanworth-in-Arden bootleg or what? I hope not, because that bootleg, with home recordings, was truly awful, and with all the love for Drake, absolutely unbearable. I hope this isn't just as bad.

Ohmygod! I have to agree with Alessio. I wouldn't say he's the greatest, but he's definitely among the top five greatest rock singers in history, and unfortunately, he's been without a voice for years. I haven't had the fortune of seeing Maradona live, but I did see Ronaldo over ten years ago. Just imagine going to see him in thirty years...

I would say reviewer. I'll try to follow the advice of mien mo man. Maybe that's why I have little luck in bed? But are you sure it works? Or maybe it's because I want to sleep with Pausini? Once I ran away from someone who told me she adored Mark Knopfler... Antonacci anyway is unclassifiable, far worse than Carboni, who twenty years ago made a few listenable pop songs. Nice review.

Great album and great review. Great Albarn, but Simonon's Clash imprint is there. Oh, it's there. Oh, you can feel it.

The review is really cute, but here you can't give it a 5.

Hi! Great review, as usual. I won’t stir up controversies like last week, but there’s a comparison here that puzzles me: what do the Pistols and Ramones have to do with the solo? They didn’t play it... Another question. Why did you dive into this record, surely a "minor" one, just a few days after Alessioiride? Coincidence or something else? I don’t want to read too much into it, just curiosity.
