Stephen Stills Just Roll Tape

Thank you all for the usual affection and respect. @Super: there's a bit of background noise, but nothing annoying. It's a demo, not a bootleg. The tapes were in the box for only ten years, because then the guy took them home and I believe he kept them well. @Bjorky, everything's fine, thanks, just a bit always in a hurry. I feel like I have a bit of nervous comments only with Sapientino Poletti, with the others not really, come on :-). @Oleinar: try to listen to what Tollani says, just be careful that the one from C,S,N is the first, the one on the sofa, and also the Manassas one is only worth it if it's the first, the one recently reviewed by Donjunio. If you don't have it, a classic is "Deja vù" where there’s also Young, besides C,S,N, and a wonderful fingerpicking piece by Stills called 4 20. In fact, Stills, besides being a great songwriter, is an incredible guitarist. Try to hear what he does while singing in "Suite: Judi Blue Eyes" in these sessions that I reviewed.

Here you go, good job Melissa, let Poletti nibble on your ankles a bit, so you can push him away from the site. Poletti, it’s obvious that my words are nonsense to you and that doesn’t bother me at all. The problem is that most of the Debaseristi, not just me (go read the comments on your rants about Zombi), think you're talking nonsense.

@Black, apart from the fact that every now and then you don’t understand a word of what I’m saying, if you go to the bars in Turin, everyone says that the times of the scandal are dictated by the fucking Moggi/El can. So what does the log of unhappiness have to do with it?

Beautiful page. I won’t leave any comment, as it is well known where I stand. I only humbly ask for the primaries for the election of comrade Epifani as President of the Republic. If that is not possible, I promise to become a cardinal, so that I can cast my vote in the conclave.

Damn Andrew, I've already advised you to take it a bit slower, otherwise you'll end up writing "nè" without an accent. Relax, DeBaser isn’t going anywhere. Since in the end hundreds of people read it, it's better if you read it over a few times. By the way, you have a tremendous command of language for your age, so don't ruin it all with syntax and grammar mistakes. Your devoted annoying teacher. @Waldo, if it weren't for the hair color and the unhealthy obsession with Poletti, you would be the reincarnated countess!

To Polè: I've already read all of Ellroy's novels, some even twice... that's why I have plenty of time to annoy you now. Anyway, if you said fewer nonsense, you'd see that I would withdraw gracefully.

Yeah, you see, you're walking on the remains of the hospice (red and black).

Poletti is right as always. Eastwood sets the film in the autumn of 1963, during the period when John F. Kennedy was killed by chance. Of course. He could have set it in 1876 as well. Sure. I wonder why he didn't do that. Maybe because a period piece would have cost him too much? Yet he could have set it in the autumn of 1962 or 1965. What bizarre ideas Eastwood has. Luckily, Poletti explains them to us on DeB.

Poletti, your attitude is polemical and Marxist in nature. A phrase is taken out of context and used to support one’s absolutist theses. You don’t touch Totò. I haven't read the books! I would feel like telling you: go fuck yourself. Instead, I will try to explain myself one last time: I said that Totò definitely made about ten great films, beyond any unsustainable comparison with Romero. Then he made some crap, just like Romero. I didn’t mention "Totò cerca casa." But telling me that "Tototarzan" is better than "Zombi" is bullshit that no sane person would support. I believe the problem is another, and that is that you, instead of reading books about Totò, should also watch some films. Because "Zombi," in the end, I bet you haven't even seen. And the comparison with "L'invasione degli ultracorpi" and the first "Zombi" confirms it, because they are films that have nothing to do with each other. Even in terms of genre, the first one is a science fiction film, and I've already explained the differences between the other two. It would be like me lumping together "Uccellacci e Uccellini" with "Tototarzan" just because Totò is in both. I’m done here, because discussing with someone who clings to dogmas makes my balls drop to the ground.

Ah, these Saturday afternoons... I experience them on Sundays (and indeed, what does the average debaser do when they don't know what to do? A nice review). I'm still stuck on 6 Underground, one of my top 5 favorites in the trip-hop scene. It's the last time I give you a 5, otherwise it seems like I like you. But I really enjoyed the review. No anonymous ones this time?
