I have to get this on DVD sooner or later... what can I say, one of the best bands of the last twenty years. Nice review.

Too few metalheads on this site :D
Jokes aside, good review; they are another one of those bands that are greatly underrated compared to their quality. I must say, though, that I only know the first two works, I've never heard the later ones...
But is good old John Cyriis still convinced he's an alien?

Beautiful, am I the side project of someone from the Paracoccidioidomicosisproctitissarc omucosis members? Anyway, these are groups useful for self-esteem because if you think they made it, then you can make it too.

Indeed, The Decline, the latest from Nevermore, didn't convince me at all; even "Enemies of Reality" didn't sit well with me, then in my opinion they really bounced back with "This Godless Endeavor", but with the latest one, they stumbled again... we'll see what the "new" Sanctuary will come up with :-)

Good job, you're really doing a great job digging up some good music. Great band Sanctuary, perhaps even more "original" than Nevermore: they could have said so much more if those two "genius" guitarists hadn't decided one fine morning to ruin everything; well, in the end, I would say it’s clear who ended up being right (read: what happened to Rutledge and Blosl?). I wonder what the (likely) future album will be like... I hope that the fact that Dane is involved in two high-profile projects (besides his own solo career and Loomis's) doesn't cause a general decline in quality, because that would be such a shame.
Exodus Another Lesson in Violence

Given the numerous insights the text offers, I'll say this: I prefer to listen to the old works of legendary bands (or even some of their new work that isn't too shabby) rather than dive into the products of the "new blood"; honestly, I may be old-fashioned, but among the various Municipal Waste, Toxic Holocaust, Gama Bomb, Bonded by Blood, Fueled by Fire, and their companions, I haven't found one yet that satisfies me. Interesting review, I’ve never heard the album, but I would vote 5 just for the tracklist...

"...in 1989 (the year the CD was released), another masterpiece was released by a band that had already attracted millions of fans: I’m referring to "Master of Puppets" by Metallica" -> EPIC FAIL! A very good album, but I definitely prefer the subsequent "Never, Neverland."
