You are a lucky person, Vortex. I had to move mountains and oceans to find it on CD. I agree that its value is greater than the sum of its parts. I didn't catch the connection regarding the first note about the title and the author.

Frankie Knuckles Your Love (Single)

The single is a bomb. Although it must be said that it wasn't the one that paved the way for House music; rather, it was "On and On" by Jesse Saunders, which came out shortly before this. Not to mention the fact that on "Your Love," Frankie (not to take anything away from his genius) only put up the money. The track was "physically" created by Jamie Principle, who soon after launched "Waiting on My Angel," another great House track with Europop influences. It should also be noted that the House as we understand it today started to emerge well after 1984 (the year of "Your Love"). Let's say around 1987, with "Pump Up The Volume" by MARRS, we hear the first cries... it really solidified in the early 90s, coinciding with the first works of "Snap!" (1991).

I reaffirm here, as I have done before, that "Let's Dance" in my opinion represents a qualitative decline compared to the rest of Bowie's production, but it is by no means a bad album, as I believe that in the hearts of any fan, the various "Let's Dance," "Modern Love," or "China Girl" have made their mark. With "Tonight," we can talk about a low level, even for the pop genre itself. Only "Loving the Alien" is saved, which I have always loved. "Never Let Me Down" is like "Tonight" but without a new "Loving the Alien." Therefore, it's an album of little depth. The two stars are completely justified, a nice review but "tight"...

David Bowie Tonight

"Tonight" is a big flop, there's no denying it, but I don't think it's appropriate to place it on the same level as "Let's Dance" (which, despite being significantly inferior to previous works, still had great tracks shining within it). In any case, I found a reason to love Ziggy even in this album, embodied in "Loving the Alien," which I believe still remains a great track.

Thank your lucky stars that Nietzsche didn't live long enough to write a work on your mental degeneration, dear Martina1994, otherwise I think it would have been his masterpiece. And Zarathustra is off-limits even from a distance!
