Wolfgang Becker Good Bye Lenin!

DDR, where one in a hundred Germans collaborated with the Stasi, would have been perfection on earth? One can still live comfortably (well-being = economic concept*) in any totalitarian system; it depends case by case, who you are, what you do, and what you think.
* well-being: 1) state of good health or psycho-physical satisfaction and/or 2) condition of affluence - standard of living.

Due to the computer seizure, I will comment less and more stealthily. I have it, but I need to listen to it better. And then...ugh, I wanted to do it myself!

I didn't know him, but I like Procol. I will look into it further.

I notice it... I give a 1/2/3/4/5 just to reaffirm that for me the movie is a 3.5; 2.5.... and so on... After a while, you notice it... now I'm reading the review...

If it weren't for Metamorphosis (which I appreciate little), I would have given it a 5, especially for "the wizard's garden" and "R.I.P."

I knew of its existence, but alas, I haven't listened to it yet. I'm curious.

However, I was still unsure between a 2 or a 3 as a grade. It really doesn't make any sense...

I haven't seen "Crimes and Misdemeanors" yet, at least I think I've only seen the first 10 minutes and I wasn't paying much attention. So I can't respond. I remember there's him taking his daughter or niece to the cinema every day in "Crimes and Misdemeanors," right? I can only say that "Match Point" is so far the worst among the ones I've seen by Allen. I've seen only a few.
