"Many pieces"? How many? Well, 'Whole lotta love' is a heavy precursor from Dixon (Pagina & co. recognized the mistake in the credits), the beginning of 'Bring it on home' quotes an old blues from Sonny Boy Williamson, the Taurus arpeggio on the stairway "mah!" but what about the rest?! Tip? What's the problem? 'You shook me' & 'I can't quit you baby' are explicit tributes to Willie Dixon, 'The lemon song' to Howlin' Wolf. 'Gallows Pole' was performed in the '30s by the great Leadbelly, but it was an 'ancient' folk standard from centuries ago. Therefore, many of the references from 1969 to 1971 were declared. In conclusion: who cares!
