I'll start right away by giving you some wonderful news; with this review, I consider the Discography of the Redhead present on DeBaser complete (something might still be missing, but I'll explain more later) so until 2008, the probable year of her New Releases, you've rid yourself of this burden...
So, in 2005 Tori Amos released her least inspired Studio Album, namely that "The Beekeeper" verbose NeoPop concoction that only a die-hard fan could appreciate, followed by the"The Original Sinsuality Tour" in the Spring of the same year and the subsequent Summer the "Summer of Sin".
From the first, six performances were recorded in their entirety, four in the States and two in England, and then published in 2006, first separately and then in a box set with the title "The Original Bootlegs" indeed, so I will talk to you about this Live Collection...
But first, I need to step back to better explain the Sense of the Opera:
Until the Tour following "Boys for Pele" ('96), the Redhead never performed with a Band, preferring to perform solo with her piano, and the first time (excluding television appearances) this happened was in the "Plugged Tour" of '98, from then on, the Cornflake Girl alternated the two ways of performing live... in 2005, the schedule saw her all alone with her company of "Keyboarded Instruments"...
The performance during this Show essentially featured five parts: the first mostly based on songs from "The Beekeeper", a second dedicated to two Covers (one chosen by fans during pre-concert meetings held in the afternoon) and subsequently an Encore and a second Encore with a massive presence of Classics.
Obviously, in the six discs, this "structure" is widely reflected, maybe with small cuts due to time issues, but the description above is faithful to what you find in the recordings, with the clarification that in Amos's best tradition, each disc is very different from the other, as a setlist, therefore, the box set as a whole gives an excellent view of her career up to 2005, re-proposed as said in a live key, only Piano (or similar, she also brought an electric keyboard and a little organ on stage) and voice for the most part Unplugged.
Moving on to general considerations, the discourse is always the same: it is obvious (considering also if one is predisposed towards the genre) that minimal performances like these can also "offend" and not be appreciated, so it is fairly clear that such an operation is mostly aimed at historical fans (or in any case, at those who, approaching the Redhead, end up being totally captivated by her) and it is certainly not the best way to approach her from the perspective of a Newcomer, to whom I still always recommend and until death to listen (in chronological order) to the Albums of the '90s, including "To Venus and Back" of '99 where the second disc "Live, Still Orbiting" offers a nice performance this time with a full band.
The proposed Covers deserve a small separate discussion because it is fun to observe the various transitions that Tori makes from genre to genre (influenced also in 50 percent of cases by her fans' choices... obviously). Nevertheless, I leave the evaluations to individual sensibilities, providing a small List of the most curious ones, leaving some surprise about the others:
I Ran (A Flock of Seagulls)
Don’t Look Back In Anger (Oasis)
My Favorite Things (Rodgers & Hammerstein / Sound of Music)
Total Eclipse of the Heart (Bonnie Tyler)
Like a Prayer (Madonna)
Livin’ On A Prayer (Bon Jovi)
Hoping that the many Links proposed (I put them because being a sort of DeBaser's summation on Tori it seemed nice to provide some material) open (otherwise I'll put them in comments) I close by saying that in this last year I have proposed reviews on the less known material of the Redhead because the Classics were already all reviewed and I have included, besides Lives and Collections, also two Singles which in her Official Discography are listed as EPs, truth be told there would be another "Professional Widow which is a Rmx by Van Helden but since there is more work by good Armand than by Tori, on this little disc, I might review it (much) later crediting it to the former.
Then also missing is "Y Kan't Tori Read, the Album of the Redhead's first Group, but since it has been disowned by her, I obey my Goddess and leave it for someone else to possibly do.
I'm done (only with Tori, eh...)

Tracklist and Lyrics
01 Original Sinsuality (04:17)
there was a garden
in the beginning
before the fall
before Genesis
there was a tree there
a tree of knowledge
Sophia would insist
you must eat of this
original sin?
no i don't think so
original sinsuality
original sin?
no it should be
original sinsuality
original sin?
no I don't think so
original sinsuality
Yaldaboath
Saklas
i'm calling you
Samael
you are not alone
i say
you are not alone
in your darkness
You are not alone
baby
you are not alone
02 Father Lucifer (05:15)
Father Lucifer you never looked so sane
You always did prefer the drizzle to the rain
Tell me you're still in love with that milkmaid
How's the Lizzies
How's your Jesus Christ been hanging
Nothing's gonna stop me from floating
Nothing's gonna stop me from floating
He says he reckons I'm a watercolour stain
He says I run and then I run from him
And then I run
He didn't see me watching
From the aeroplane
He wiped a tear
And then he threw away our apple seed
Nothing's gonna stop me from floating
Nothing's gonna stop me from floating
Every day's my wedding day
Though baby's still in his comatose state
I'll dye my own Easter eggs
Don't go yet
And Beenie lost the sunset but that's OK
Does Joe bring flowers to Marilyn's grave
And girls that eat pizza and never gain weight
Father Lucifer you never looked so sane
You always did prefer the drizzle to the rain
Tell me you're still in love with that milkmaid
How's the Lizzies
How's your Jesus Christ been hanging
03 Icicle (05:42)
Icicle Icicle
Where are you going
I have a hiding place
When spring marches in
Why you keep watch for me
I hear them calling
Gonna lay down
Gonna lay down
Greeting the monster in our Easter dresses
Father says: bow your head
Like the Good Book says
Well I think The Good Book is missing some pages
Gonna lay down
Gonna lay down
And when my hand touches myself
I can finally rest my head
And when the say take of his body
I think I'll take from mine instead
Getting Off
Getting Off
While they're all downstairs
Singing prayers sing away
He's in my pumpkin p.j.s
Lay your book on my chest
Feel the word
Feel the word
Feel it
I could have
I should have
I could have flown you know
I could have
I should have
I didn't so
05 Take to the Sky (05:33)
This house is like Russia
with eyes cold and grey
You've got me moving in a circle
I dyed my hair red today
I just want a little passion
to hold me in the dark
I know I've got some magic
buried deep in my heart yeah
But my priest says,
you ain't savin' no souls
And my father says,
you ain't makin' any money
My doctor says,
you just took it to the limit
And here I stand...
with this sword in my hand
You can say it one more time
what you don't like
Let me hear it one more time
Then...
have a seat while I
take to the sky
My heart is like the ocean
It gets in the way
So close to touching freedom
Then I hear the guards call my name
But my priest says,
you ain't savin' no souls
And my father says,
you ain't makin' any money
My doctor says,
you just took it to the limit
And here I stand...
with this sword in my hand
You can say it one more time
what you don't like
Let me hear it one more time
Then...
have a seat while I
take to the sky
If you don't like me just a little
why do you hang around
There she goes again wearing those purple panties..
06 Yes, Anastasia (05:36)
I know what you want. The magpies have come, mhm...
If you know me so well then tell me which hand I use.
Uhu… Make them go, oom… make it go.
Saw her there in a restaurant, Poppy don't go.
I know your mother is a good one, but Poppy don't go, I'll take you home.
Show me the things I've been missin'.
Show me the ways I've forgot to be speaking.
Show me the ways to get back to the garden.
Show me the ways to get around the get around.
Show me the ways to button up buttons that have forgotten they're buttons,
Well we-can't-have-that-forgetting-that.
Girls, girls, what have we done, what have we done to ourselves, yes, mmm...
Hmm… Driving on the vine, over clothes lines, but officer I saw the sign.
Thought I'd been through this in 1919.
Counting the tears of ten thousand men and gathered them all,
But, my feet are slipping.
There's something we left on the windowsill, there's something we left, yes...
We'll see how brave you are.
We'll see how fast you'll be running.
We'll see how brave you are.
Yes, Anastasia, and all your dollies have friends.
Thought she deserved no less than she'd give.
Well happy birthday, her blood's on my hands,
It's kind of a shame, 'cause I did like that dress.
It's funny the things that you find in the rain,
The things that you find, yes...
In the mall and in the date-mines, in the knots still in her hair.
On the bus, I'm on my way down, on my way down,
All the girls seem to be… there...
We'll see how brave you are, oh yes.
We'll see how fast you'll be running.
We'll see how brave you are. We'll see...
We'll see how brave you are, oh yes.
We'll see how fast you'll be running.
We'll see how brave you are.
Yes, Anastasia.
Come along now little darlin', come along now with me.
Come along now little darlin', we'll see how brave you are.
07 Bells for Her (06:44)
And through the life force and there goes her friend
On her Nishiki it's out of time
And through the portal they can make amends
Hey would you say whatever, we're blanket friends
Can't stop what's coming
Can't stop what is on it's way
And through the walls they made their mudpies
I've got your mind I said; she said I've your voice
I said you don't need my voice, girl, you have your own
But you never thought it was enough of
So they went years and years
Like sisters, blanket. blanket girls
Always there through that and this
There's nothing we cannot ever fix I said
Can't stop what's coming
Can't stop what is on its way
Hey can't stop what's coming
Can't stop what is on its way
Bells and footfalls and soldiers and dolls
Brothers and lovers she and I were
Now she seems to be sand under his shoes
There's nothing I can do
Can't stop what's coming
Can't stop what is on its way
Can't stop what's coming
Can't stop what is on its way
And now I speak to you, are you in there?
You have her face and her eyes but you are not her
And we go at each other like blankets
Who can't find their..their thread and their bare
Can't stop, can't stop loving
You can't stop loving
Can't stop what is on its way
And I see it coming
And it's on its way
