I buy it excitedly.

I put it in the car stereo.

Wait. Reading. Wait. Reading. Wait. Reading. Wait. Reading. Wait. Reading. Wait. Reading. Wait. Reading. Wait. Reading.

Doesn't work.

At work, I put it in the stereo.

Immediately changes CD.

So I look for batteries for the CD player we connect to the stereo to listen to CDs.

Found them.

I put it inside the player.

Wait.

No Album.

I put it in the work computer.

Works.

After work, I go back to the store.

They put it in their store stereo.

Works.

They give me another CD with the same album to put in the car stereo.

Doesn't work.

You should know that the car reader also reads the worst scratched burned CDs and all my original CDs (before this one).

They don't change it for me. I go home dejected.

I put it in the DVD player.

Works.

I put it in the computer and try to copy it.

Perfect.

I'm listening to it now.

Basically, because of those damn protection files, to listen to it in the car, I have to copy it and burn it onto a new CD.

What's the point?!

Congratulations to the record companies. Keep it up. Today you lost a loyal (4 or 5 CDs a year...) customer.

Very nice, it doesn't reach the heights of Terrestre but each song is well above average. Very dark, even in the themes addressed.

So highly recommended.

Do me a favor, though.

Download it.

It seems that these guys want to break away from the very adolescent sounds of the first albums to move towards more adult and committed music.

Overall it is an album without praise or blame but fully adequate, containing only (as usual) 2 pearls: 'La Glaciazione' and 'L'ultima Risposta.'

The lyrics have stopped seeking a central core, consisting instead of broken phrases that, in most cases, fail to evoke the much-desired icy atmospheres.

Like it or not, a group like Subsonica always manages to stay above the pass mark and deserves attention.
