AA.VV. Concerto Primo Maggio 2007

fucking comments. The rating is the average between one for the concert and five because it’s the ONLY show that has shown a bit of music. Not to mention Chuck Berry.

Why isn't the review on the homepage? It's the first time I've seen it. The album is very nice (definitely better than Voodoo Lounge), plus it has that indescribable late 80s/90s atmosphere that makes it unique. I'm not convinced that "Rock and a Hard Place" is the best: in my opinion, "Sad Sad Sad" or "Mixed Emotions" deserve more recognition. Anyway, the Stones are inimitable, for better or for worse.

Nothing to say, really well written. But is this a kind of progressive? Sorry for my ignorance, but I would like to know.

I don’t debate rap as it was born or as a music genre. I debate how it has become, just like all music, really. Everyone is a slave to the god of money, with few exceptions—and the aforementioned is certainly not one of them.

the usual motherf***ing rappers who only act tough because they have a past as consumers/dealers, because they say filthy things about women (oh, what a scandal!), because they pretend to be nonconformists (or think they do)... come on guys, let’s grow up a bit... but where has the music gone? in the hands of these four billionaires who don’t understand a f***ing thing (right)? and then when you say "I don’t think it's for everyone"... because rap is so elevated that it can only be understood by a few, huh? hum...

Anyway, it's exactly the fact that the version of "sympathy" is dragged out that disappoints. Moreover, they had the brilliant idea of cutting out a piece.
