Carcass Choice Cuts
Voto:
Well, it's unbelievable that Black Star is missing from this collection. Anyway, the real best of Carcass is Heartwork: it's an amazing album and it has all their best songs.
Death Spiritual Healing
Voto:
No, this album is not underrated. It’s truly just a passable album, besides being the only Death album that isn’t a masterpiece. Far from being on the level of Leprosy...
Metallica Live Shit - Binge & Purge

MONUMENTAL
Gorefest Rise To Ruin
Voto:
Considering that the band isn't exactly well-known, you could have easily spent a few more words.
Judas Priest Painkiller

Defender85, congratulations: you wrote a splendid review, not very descriptive, but terribly sentimental and expressive. You should know that I never comment, beyond assigning a rating, but this one deserves it! As for the album... well, I have no words to describe it. The word MASTERPIECE is overused today and therefore doesn't sound like it should. Still, for me, it is THE BEST HEAVY METAL ALBUM after Ride The Lightning.
Death Angel Act III

Great record
Metallica Ride The Lightning
Voto:
I give you 5 because the motivation for writing yet another review of this album is the most valid one you could have. As for the album, I've already said and repeated: it’s a MASTERPIECE: THE BEST ALBUM IN HEAVY METAL HISTORY. Songs like Ride the Lightning, For Whom the Bell Tolls, and Fade to Black are among the most beautiful songs ever. Not to overlook all the other masterpieces on the album. An unmatched and unbeatable true gem.
Gotthard Dial Hard
Voto:
I haven't listened to this album, but Gotthard are truly great. Lipservice is beautiful, and if you tell me that the previous ones are just as good but a bit less easy listening, I will definitely check them out.
Testament Return To The Apocalyptic City
Voto:
I'm sorry, but I don't think it's Skolnick's merit that the Testament shack has been kept standing, since, as you recalled, at a certain point he even left the band. Saying "a name out of nowhere... Metallica" to epitomize post-thrash shows me a lack of culture on the subject and a lot of hearsay, since they certainly are not the band that absorbed emerging genres at the time like alternative or industrial as, for example, to mention a band you cited, Forbidden, whose third work is the most emblematic and shameful, to say nothing of disgusting, that post-thrash has given us.
Godsmack Good Times, Bad Times - 10 Years Of Godsmack

Feel free to categorize Godsmack as hard-rock/metal? Please.
