The cover is also quite nice.

It is good that much is lacking.
Goo Goo Dolls Let Love In

"To write the album, John Rzeznik had to go back to Buffalo to find inspiration": I’ve quoted your sentence. So what is it about Buffalo that is so magically evocative for Rzeznik's creativity? Thank you.
Pat Metheny Rejoicing
Voto:
Among Pat's less successful works, I would include (in addition to the mentioned watercolors) Imaginary Day, Quartet, We Live Here, and yes, also the second part of Rejoicing. It's a pity because it starts off great.
The Police Ghost In The Machine
Voto:
The only album I have by The Police, the more I listen to it, the more I appreciate it.

Pleasant to read it.
Michael Brecker Tales From the Hudson

I don't vote in a traditional way; the review is 6 stars. ******. I still need to think about the album, but it's better than "like minds," so at least 5 stars. Alright.
An immense void, and to think I had never heard of it before Debaser. So, thanks to Symbad, I have a question for you. What do you mean by closed guitar, especially in "Rejoicing"? Do you perhaps mean overshadowed by other instruments?
Paolo Rossi Canzonacce + Hammameth e Altre Storie
Voto:
What I don’t like about Paolo Rossi is the obvious lack of humility, the belief that he is a genius in every way, and sometimes the "mocking himself." That said, the reception is bright, but the album is definitely forced. I’ve listened to it twice and I still don’t understand its purpose.
Lucio Dalla Cambio
Voto:
Can I congratulate you on the choice? I am amazed by Iside's judgment, who writes and reviews excellently. The authoritative Grassohopper tones it down a bit; his critiques are the first I go to read. Dalla is truly a good singer-songwriter; his inventiveness and convoluted creativity have always impressed me greatly. He is an absurd character, and musically, for his strong ability to create while reinventing himself, I have always esteemed him. The album "cambio" is, in my opinion, worth listening to from start to finish, entirely valid, with powerful musical expressiveness. Although I haven't listened to it for 10 years, I still remember (vado a piede libero) phrases from the astonishing songs like "this is my land, now I take it and eat it" or "...children born with a canine force...". The reff of "attenti al lupo" is magical and overwhelming, while "denis" is a burst of energy. There are dark and grotesque sounds, captivating and penetrating atmospheres. This album finishes in my personal top 100. You were a bit cool, but well done.
