But no, after reading Luigi Viva's bio, as soon as I had the chance, I had to get it for myself! I can't upload the samples. It always gives me an error and sends me back to the home!!!

@grasshopper: I must say that besides wonders from dear Pat, there are rather useless things... For example, the latest with Mehldau could very well not exist. Or "One Quiet Night" is okay, but it might come across as heavy. Disappointing on many fronts is "Imaginary Day" from 1997, and with it "Quartet" from 1996. A dud too is "We Live Here," which dealt the final blow to a fusion that had already stopped "giving" anything to music for a while. For many, "Song X" is a failure. "Rejoicing" is okay, but it loses depth in the final tracks. "Watercolors" from 1977 is sparse, dusty, and I would never recommend it. GOOD that you’re on "First Circle," it's a blend of garage jazz and melodic jazz, overall excellent, fresh, energetic. Well done!

But is it the same John Williams from the soundtrack of "Catch Me If You Can"??? Do you remember the progressive jazz piece? Ah, I replied to you about "Bright Size Life"...bye, man.

Dear GrassHopper, I would place "Bright Size Life" in the Olympus with a rating of 8.1 -- "TRIO 99/00" rating 8.6 -- "First Circle" rating 8.3 -- "Letter From Home" rating 8.4 -- "Still Life Talking" rating 8.5 -- "Secret Story" rating 8.3 -- "Beyond The Missouri Sky" 8.2 -- "Like Minds" 8.6 -- "The Way Up" 8.5 -- "Metheny Mehldau" rating 8.5. It's a lot, I know, but they are all essential overall. I’m sorry the review wasn’t particularly liked; I thought it was excellent, I put everything I could into it, I really liked it, and even rereading it, I wouldn’t know how to improve it. TO ZANNA: Thank you, at least you understood. TO HAL: I don’t know, you see... I asked HappyPippo for clarification, but he didn’t respond... I didn’t know...
