Kraftwerk Tour de France Soundtracks

Nice review. Judging by the comments above, it would be appropriate to contextualize a bit (if you allow me, I'll try): Kraftwerk is a German group from the 70s that perhaps was the first to start working with electronics. A very innovative sound for the time, and a talent recognized "only" by Bowie and Iggy Pop, mentioned in the masterpiece album Transeuropa Express (1977), one of the most sampled albums in music history. At the beginning of the hip-hop era, practically everyone was sampling from this album (a prime example: Afrika Bambaataa in Planet Rock) and among the admirers of Kraftwerk's rational sound we also find Suicide, who represent the opposite soul of the electronic experimentation of those years. Perhaps some of you will remember the video "Die Roboter" (English lyrics: we are the robots - in German: wir sind die roboter), a track that opens Mensch Maschine, the album from ’78). Well, I don't want to bore you, but Kraftwerk is a must for anyone who gets into making or talking about electronics. I won't rate the album because I'm not familiar with it.

As much as I can relate to the effect the album has on you, the review IS NOT A REVIEW. You’d be better off going to the chat and saying that you like the album!

For djd. Do you have any idea what happened to Pola? I ran into him for the last time 3 years ago, shortly before he decided to go to London.
Fugazi Instrument Soundtrack

Your enthusiasm for Instrument Soundtrack surprises me. The album isn't bad; some versions are interesting, but I don't think it's a masterpiece. If anything deserves 5/5, it's Repeater.

On the Lovecoma website, there’s also a track by C.O.D. I suppose Lovecoma got their hands on it. The track is also featured on the web compilation Loser my religion #03. Download link: from the C.O.D. website: www.c-o-d.it
