Slavery obviously..

Two years ago I saw them in Zurich and it was a great concert (they played songs from '80 to '83) and that's why I can't wait for them to bring back the "Slavery Tour," I'll try to see them at least three times. Hi! ;-))

For the dear Proprio: I didn't say to throw anything away (let's stop making me look like the bad wolf ;-)), if you consider it a nice piece of music, that's perfectly fine, you can go ahead. For me, there's very little music here, I repeat, I don't want to pass judgment, just make observations. If in the twentieth century there are other things that you define as similar or even more difficult, be it in classical, free jazz, or anywhere you like, you're free to listen to and appreciate them. I simply do not regard them as musical works but rather as art on another level (mostly noise, avant-garde but noisy). My thesis is as unprovable as yours because you bring (just as I do) very personal arguments. Given that the musical premises in this record are lacking, you must provide me with what are called "environmental" considerations, such as how important it has been for music, how much it entertains you (even a joke is entertaining but it is not music..), and other things. These are intelligent and shareable but personal insights (like those of good Scaruffi after all.. nothing prevents me from thinking that if it weren't for him, this learned conversation of ours would not have taken place).

I don't really understand this whole thing about niche ears.. here it often seems that if someone even slightly critiques this album, they get labeled as "commercial." Well! The weather's gone haywire...

I usually never give a 1, but this tiny little thing for an album like this cries out for vengeance.
