Honestly, I don't remember a time when Moore liked a film adapted from one of his works: it’s certainly difficult for him to prevent adaptations since he shares intellectual ownership with his illustrators (in this case with Dave Gibbons), who can easily grant their "part" without the approval of "good" Alan (and indeed in the credits, if I remember correctly, it says "based on the graphic novel by Dave Gibbons"). I believe he also gives up the rights (monetary and otherwise), but I wouldn't bet my life on that (if not, he would be quite hypocritical, but I want to believe that's not the case). Snobbery? Maybe, but what’s certain is that all of this contributes to making him the prototype of the unconventional artist who is forgiven certain weariness that wouldn't be condoned in others (the first one that comes to mind is Gaiman, whom I consider as important as Moore, who always participates enthusiastically in any adaptation despite receiving many critiques: often unfounded ones as well).

I'm sorry, but I cannot access external websites. However, if you provide me with the text you would like to translate, I would be happy to assist you!

"I can boast" not "I can boast about myself," I beg your pardon.

Thank you for the comment. I obviously agree with everything. Speaking of the tour for an American fan, it’s "easy" to see the Amos dozens of times (just check her website for the number of US dates compared to the European ones) if you’re "maniacal" enough ;-) and born in the "right place." In my own small way, I can boast that I’ve managed to see all her tours (at least one date for each) except for "To Dallas And Back" and the "5 1/2 Weeks Tour," both from '99, during which she only stayed in the States for a total of 14 times (among non-Italian artists, only the Maiden with 19 can "boast" a greater number of my attendances at their shows ;-D), but unfortunately I have my age that gives me an advantage and I somewhat envy the excitement you will feel in October :-D. If we happen to meet there. Bye!

If Alexander says so (he really knows his CU, oh yes he does)... ;-)
@Nes: I’m embarrassed because I promised to respond to your posts 91 and 92, but I’m terrified of what you might (not) understand (the "tomorrow" thing is a clear proof: what’s unclear to you about posts 90 and 93? Let me help you: it’s a rhetorical question) so (after all, you only care about the one I ALREADY ANSWERED 6 DAYS AGO "just answer the one I’ve been asking you for 6 days") I decided to let it go (I’ll just tell you to take a look at the dates on that page: you might have an epiphany). As for the rest, as I said "a million billion times", I’ll point out where the answer is on May 29. @Iside: of course Debaser must be really boring these days...
@Asteroid: if it weren't for the fact that I have to leave on May 29, I would have already won. You can bet all your deutenze on that. I don’t think I’ll have more time to stop by here today, so I bid you farewell and I’ll see you all here in about twenty-four hours.

I'm in a hurry, I don't have time to answer the (new) questions from 92 right now, I'll do it tomorrow. Post 91, on the other hand, doesn't make sense (and I’ll explain why tomorrow), while regarding "I continue to wait for the answer," I'll refer you to the first sentence of 90 (let me tell you that copy-pasting in such an clumsy way). Bye, bye.
