The 4 is because, for me, it's not the kind of music that can aspire to the heights of music ;) But Perry is great; if you think "the voice doesn't fit the genre," it's like you aren't allowing for any type of artistic expression outside the box, which is a bit limiting as a perspective, don't you think? Then, if YOU don't like it for your own tastes, that's one thing, but if you say you don't like it "because it doesn't fit the genre"...
