I would say let's move to private messages, otherwise those who commented will get excited about the notifications on the REM and then they'll get our Belgian-American ramblings.

I believe that the live album by barman isn't available for import; I bought it online (www.proxis.be)... anyway, to be fair, after all this inactivity, sparklehorse has had the chance to surpass dEUS as my favorite band (I need to update the list ;D)

No, I wasn't there at THAT concert in 1999, but I was there at THAT concert in 1999 in Milan... it remains my Ideal Gig!!! :) Our beloved band is in the recording studio, finally, after a break and after Tom has filmed a movie (www.anywaythewindblows.com). Eight songs for the new album are ready, all the news about the recording of the new album can be found here: link rotto

I really don't think so, Matteo. They gave you the chance to do it on your own, so they wouldn't have to impose it on you. But you missed that opportunity. The reasoning about protecting children seems impeccable to me; at least on this, I hope you'll agree, since you don't seem to agree on anything else, and then it makes me wonder what you're doing here.

Antonio, I continue to follow you with admiration, although I preferred the metaphor of the YLT. Here, I really appreciate the second part. As for Monster, R.E.M. never miss, never (so far).

I am always convinced that it is better to ignore this type of reviewers rather than to get worked up about them. Generally, I ignore and do not comment. However, in this case, there is something that pushes me to do so, and it goes beyond the content of the reviews, the quality of the music, and that of the writing... and this something translates into the question: doesn’t The Silent Man really have anything to do in life? I mean, a daily obligation like studying or working that requires him at least a minimum of commitment, not in terms of intellect but at least of time? Asking is permissible; responding is courteous.

Ah, AS=NGD... sorry, for me here anyone could impersonate anyone and I wouldn’t notice! Do you have other identities?

This time I don't agree with you Hal (and NGD)... if only there were more reviewers like Antonio! I can't fully love Yo La Tengo, "but I respect them" :)
