Reviews should not always have a positive tone, of course. We simply do not agree on judging this album... just as we do not agree on the notion that emotional involvement should not exist in a review: music is deeply connected to the purpose of emotionally engaging the listener, and if this album has succeeded in doing so for me, I will review it in positive tones. Dear maxrob, I appreciate your comment because it is not offensive and very clear, but I do not agree when you talk about objectivity. I mean: is it really that easy to speak of objectivity in music? Because it seems to me that I am more than objective when I consider the piano foundations of 'apres mois' and '20 years of snow' worthy of classical music, and absolutely rare to find in the repertoire of many global pop 'artists.' As I believe I have already said, I do not judge poorly even a greater openness to the commercial, when, as in the case of this album, it is characterized by great awareness. In my opinion anyway, without claiming universality.

For me you are good, and I also agree with what you write! There are people so limited that they believe music is only rock (and not even all rock!)... so long live well-made pop, damn it!

thank you very much... :-) anyway, I'm not an enemy of anyone... especially those who listen to beautiful music!

"a disgustingly pop album"... my god, is this review written by Hitler? Burn all pop! As far as I'm concerned, I shouldn't even waste my time responding to such nonsense...

dear kid_A, if the accent is necessary, can you explain to me why there isn't one on the official website? why did you only give me 3 :-(? what don't you like about my review? anyway, long live music ;-)

a little note: the new singer isn't worth a damn, and skie just released a pretty good album...

however, Morcheeba have been growing... perhaps they were too tied to the Bristol-made trip-hop here. Works like Charango instead move with great naturalness among more varied genres. In the early albums, there is a certain comparison (definitely lost) with Portishead.
Michael Jackson History - Past, Present & Future

The new tracks are actually ugly, but Jackson up until "Black or White" was an overwhelming avalanche of ideas... important and indelible; those who don't love pop can't comment, because he was the king of it!
