Pink Floyd A Momentary Lapse Of Reason

By the way, what is Roger Waters up to? I haven't heard anything from him since the release of the double live "in the flesh" a couple of years ago (I think). No new album on the horizon?

ah ah beautiful Valerio, truly beautiful, you brought to mind dozens of discussions from high school when this album was released. Then in July 1988, I went to see them in concert at the Flaminio in Rome. Waters wasn’t there, but it was a great show that I remember fondly. Just for this, I want to give the album an extra little point. Bye

Sooner or later I will write a review of a Fresu CD, I promise Jean, maybe Angel which is a great album, even though I have a particular fondness for Shades Of Chet with Enrico Rava. I hadn’t read the interview you mentioned before, but now I’ve found it here: Jazzitalia - Articoli: Intervista a Paolo Fresu Interesting, thanks for the tip and good luck with your Italian; as for my French, there’s no hope :)

That jodel is a serious matter is not doubted by anyone (I don't think even the reviewer believes it), nor did De Andrè (I quote from the album's cover notes: "Thanks to Oscar De Tomaz for introducing us to the dazzling world of Jodel"). In your post, dear djd, you were, in my opinion, too quick to question these facts, and perhaps the anonymous commenter, in a form and with tones that are certainly debatable, was responding to you on these grounds, I believe. In other words, to say that De Andrè maybe didn't understand what ethnic music is, is nonsense. Hello djd.

ah ah come on, easy :) don't exaggerate, I think you're generalizing and it's always just an opinion. Like mine, after all. Maybe they should release "shitty" albums like this more often. Well, opinions that are worth what they are. Bye

Catania, a forge of new talents that would make New York envious, is indeed a hyperbole that brings a smile, but in the end, it nicely concludes the review; too bad we don't know the author. Bye.

It could be interesting, even though the reference to buddha bar leaves me perplexed. The review is a good draft, and in this case, the same thing I mentioned before applies: spend more time and attention on writing the review, there's really no rush to send it to the dwarves' cave. No one is hurrying us. When you write a review, it's to share the album; if you write it well, it will be read with more pleasure by many more people, and you'll succeed more in your goal of promoting the album, don't you think? Bye.
