Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The Moon
Voto:
Not bad, but it's the TENTH. I won’t vote because in this case the "duplicate tax" would have astronomical rates.
Carlo Fava L'uomo flessibile
Voto:
From how this Fava is described, it deserves further investigation: being among the last at Sanremo usually means you ended up there by mistake and therefore have some value. This, given the current market, amounts to a handicap, to which (at least for Tuscany) the additional misfortune of the surname must be added. But if it’s valid, who cares?
Renato Zero Zerofobia
Voto:
Well, between the slow decline, dignified and very Dylan-esque, of a De Gregori and the kind of caricature of himself that Renato Zero has become (to the point that it's no longer clear where Zero ends and Panariello begins), I don't think there are any comparisons. Besides, I believe that comparing him to the so-called "cultured" singer-songwriters is a mistake: Renato Zero belongs to a more entertainment-oriented genre, one to which he contributed beautifully up to a certain point, and then unfortunately much less...
Ennio Morricone The Mission
Voto:
Mariaelena higher and higher... when it comes to spirituality, it's her natural territory and this review proves it. Unfortunately, I only know "Falls" and "Gabriel's Oboe": if the morning is any indication, the rest of the album must be remarkable as well.

P.S. A much better review of the album

For me, Renato Zero's downfall started right here: "Mi vendo," and that's how it went. Up until "Trapezio," there were virtually unknown but interesting albums (nothing special, mind you). Then came the commercial turning point, just at the beginning. "Il cielo" and "Vivo" are still beautiful, but around them, there’s emptiness.
Gianmaria Testa Da Questa Parte Del Mare
Voto:
Unfortunately, I only know two albums by the excellent Gianmaria Testa, but in what I've heard I found echoes of both Paolo Conte (for the "nostalgic" aspect) and Ivano Fossati (for other aspects, including the centrality of the sea in the lyrics and also in the music). And since these are two of my absolute favorite authors, Gianmaria Testa can't help but please me. An album to add to the already massive shopping list. Review... do I really need to say it?
Paolo Conte Una faccia in prestito

I don't know: I saw that it was possible to send them and I did, but I have already contacted the editors to try to fix it because they already pointed it out to me.

Bisius, instead of my photo, you can put the symbol I used in the reviewer profile, which is a nice pink pig. I’m not sure if it fits well next to the Madonna, but one hopes the Vatican doesn’t have means to check bedrooms, even though it’s clear they would pay who knows what to be able to do so. I am for the freedom of any belief, including the possible cult of the Grasshopper, if one truly has nothing better.
