    For me, it brushes against masterpiece status. Definitely better than the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Second only to the immortal black and white version from 1933.

    for me it's too exaggerated and quite heavy (3 hours long). Then there are a lot of bullshit, like the dinosaur scene. It feels more like a Michael Bay movie than a Jackson one.
