Amon Düül II -Phallus Dei
Timeless masterpiece, wild and psychedelic created by some of the brightest minds in Germany. more
Queen
Personally, for sentimental value, there's music, and above all, there are Queen. One of the Rock bands that has experimented with its various sub-genres while always remaining impeccable, even touching on some Heavy Metal in '77. Freddie Mercury was one of the most important voices in history and a great musician and songwriter, just like Roger, Brian, and John. I highly recommend listening to their entire discography: there are some hidden gems that no one ever talks about. more
Roberto Vecchioni
Okay, maybe objectively he doesn’t really deserve all 5 stars (a bit too many ups and downs), but it’s thanks to him that at 12-13 I discovered and began to explore Italian singer-songwriter music. Without him, I’d probably be listening to Fabri Fibra and company now. So THANK YOU Roberto, you were the soundtrack of my adolescence (along with your fellow singers). more
Leonard Cohen -Various Positions
This disc contains Hallelujah! Is that enough for the 5 balls? Yes? Not that the rest is any less, of course! more
Dream Theater
They make you feel as good as a kick in the balls! more
Chet Baker -Baby Breeze
Thanks to my fairy! (12/5/2015) more
Queen
Well, there are even people who give 1 to the Queen. more
Angelo Maria Ripellino
Angelo Maria Ripellino was born in Palermo on December 4, 1923, and died prematurely in Rome on April 21, 1978. He was an Italian translator, Slavic scholar, poet, and writer. To understand the stature of this character, it suffices to quote the striking opening of his most famous book: Praga Magica, and one of his poems.
Fatti forza, resisti. Non ci resta altro che percorrere insieme il lunghissimo, chapliniano cammino della speranza."
"Vivere è stare svegli e concedersi agli altri, dare di sé sempre il meglio e non essere scaltri. Vivere è amare la vita coi suoi funerali e i suoi balli, trovare favole e miti nelle vicende più squallide." more
Jean Ray -Malpertuis
Masterpiece novel of European fantasy more
Blue Öyster Cult -Cultösaurus Erectus
Always tightly knit, mysterious, and loaded, but the grace period is a long way off. Stunningly trashy the cover. more
Van der Graaf Generator -The Least We Can Do Is Wave to Each Other
How much epicness is contained in the grooves of this little gem!!!! Do you think my already shaky virility will completely go to hell if I risk crying while listening to Refugees? more
Rino Gaetano
They all leave as arsonists and proud, but when they arrive, they are all firefighters... How true these words are! more
Eric Carmen
All by my selfie #### more
Lùnapop -…squerèz?
teenage memories, I would say that two tracks can also be saved brilliantly more
Genesis
my favorite group! definitions are not possible. more
Jeff Buckley -Sketches for my sweetheart the drunk
An album that Jeff was unable to complete. Some tracks lack originality and immediacy, thrown in just to make up the numbers, while others are well-crafted, like Satisfied Mind or Everybody Here Wants You... Nevertheless, it remains a pleasant album to listen to despite many "incomplete" tracks! more
Ingmar Bergman
"The Best Director Ever." (W.A.) more
Candlemass -The Best of Candlemass: As It Is, As It Was.
The most beautiful collection from the Swedes, masters of doom metal. It includes the most important tracks from the first four masterpieces, along with some excerpts from the live show in Stockholm in 1990. There are also a few songs from the less thrilling Chapter VI, with those annoying little keyboards ruining the dark and rhythmic magic of the music. Essential for anyone looking to quickly educate themselves about the golden years of the band. more
Eugenio Finardi -Roccando Rollando
Born as the logical continuation of Blitz, this record is the second (and last) that marks Eugenio's collaboration with Crisalide. "15 bambini" "Legalizzatela" "Zerbo" continue to significantly reflect the social/political thoughts of the singer-songwriter. Above all stands out "La canzone dell'acqua," a gentle acoustic reflection on the possibility of a personal existential change. more
Nathalie Giannitrapani
It stands out from the crap that gets spewed every year by the various talents. Well done! more
